Hi,
I can't leave it disabled.
I tested with it disabled and it made no difference what so ever.
It is the theme not displaying the correct layout that is the problem.

It works fine for me in one of my sites... the only difference I saw was that I was using the default link whereas you're converting it to a tracking link... I can't take step 2 if I can't take step 1

as long as:
RokMage Layouts > Store Layout Overrides > Enable Layout Overrides: is set to Yes, and 2-column is set to No, the 3 col layout should load always...
as long as there's no Layout Updates overriding it or it isn't modified in the local.xml file... and the local.xml file isn't malformatted...
on your site it's intentionally loading the 1 col layout for whatever reason on that password reset page... it's not that the output is broken or anything, Magento is selecting the 1 col layout - Last Edit: 9 years 1 day ago by Matt.
