RokGallery in a shared hosted site

Hi,
I would like to use the RokGallery Extension in a hosted site. This is not a individual server, but shared hosting. When I install this, the site crashes and I cannot get this extension to work. I know in the past when I have researched this it might be related to MYSQL configuration. This extension works fine on a local server that I have using AMPPS to do the hosting. How can I get this to work, I am using iPage and Webhostingpad as the hosting vendors. Please advise. Thx

All I can tell you is that you need to ensure PDO is active and working on your server - ask your hosting company about this.
System Requirements:
Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP support for the SQLite PDO driver
PHP support for the MySQL PDO driver
MySQL (5.0.4 or higher) with InnoDB support
PHP support for PDO
PHP support for GD2
PHP 5.3.x and above (not php 5.5)
Also, if you are running Joomla 3.0, the minimum specs for Joomla 3.0 are found here http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=675&t=180131&rb_v=viewtopic - you can safely ignore this link if you are running J2.5.
