Non-popup login form for Gantry-5 site?

Hello,
I would like to implement a login form for a Gantry-5 site (Callisto) on Joomla 3.5.1 that is not displayed as a popup, as I expect many of my site visitors to have configured their browsers to block popups. I have seen the article at www.rockettheme.com/docs/joomla/basic/ho...kbox_member_login.md . Could anyone suggest a non-popup alternative (e.g. one that displays the login fields as one of the main menu's dropdown options) please? Thank you!

create and Publish a joomla "login" module (in Joomla module manager) to a position that exists on the layout of the outline that you are using.
