SOLVED RT Template installation on localhost

Hi, is it possible to install RT templates on a localhost?
I've installed the latest Joomla! version and XAMPP and now try to build an intranet. Uploading Gantry5 worked fine (via "Install from Web") but since it is not possible to install your templates from Web I tried via "Upload & Install" however I get an error message (see attachment).
I've also fixed upload_max_filesize and post_max_size but it still doesn't work. Any idea? - Last Edit: 8 years 10 months ago by Mrs. SaBe.

Unfortunately we cannot help you troubleshoot a PHP max file size issue... on a live server or a local server... there's lots and lots of server troubleshooting, care, and maintenance communities and resources out there.
it does sound like you need to increase your PHP's upload and post variables.
You can get around it by extracting the Template files to your local Joomla install's 'tmp' folder... the go to Extension Manager > Install > Install from Directory and install the Template that way. -
