You can't it's not adjustable in a roknavmenu - you would hav eto hack the roknavmenu JS to achieve that and I would not recommend that.

Hi
I have used following css for Delay in menu hover. And it's working. Please check link - www.test2.guru99.com/My Requirement is -.gf-menu li .dropdown { transition: opacity 5.0s ease-out 0.0s; }
when the mouse is moved out menu still appear for seconds.

Please Help me!

I've already answered the question - you can't it's done in javascript.
Also, I have to say that the opacity transition that you added would drive me nuts - it's just not the norm, I suspect other visitors won't like it either.
