How can I create a title logo?

Not quite sure if it is called title logo (i made it up) but how can I place my logo before the page title. I found below page and I think it is a joomla site and it has my example. Please see picture. Thank you,

Oh, this is one of my sites.
The basket ball is a graphical element added as favicon.ico. You have to create an image 16x16 and call it favicon.ico. Then just upload it into the Joomla! images folder, substituting the original one. - Last Edit: 17 years 3 months ago by Max Miecchi.

If you use PhotoShop, you can get the best results using this plugin:

(It should work with Fireworks too, but I didn't test it)
P.S. You can add a FavIcon to any HTML page, just add this code between the tags <head> and </head>:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" />

Try clearing the cache on your browser and then loading the site.
