SOLVED loss of template

Hi,
I've a problem with the templates, at some times I display the sites without the template. it happen with different templates Miryad, Handro. and not on all page of the site and it seems random.
For example a now happening with http://atenasc.com/ the site worked well but now some pages are blank without template.
I tried with different browser but nothing it's blank - Last Edit: 8 years 6 months ago by Claudio Coiana.

Turn off rokbooster and clear server cache - you are getting server 500 errors. Check apache error log for a more detailed error message.

Thanks Mark for the prompt reply,
h've turn off rokbooster and cleaned the server chace so now the site is display right.
That's happened in sites where the PLG was off is possible that the System Page Chace caused the same problem?

Without knowing the error message in the apache error log I can't say.
1. did you update joomla? did you then clear browser and server cache if you did?
2. Rokbooster can break things without being tuned...
Rokbooster has to be tuned to your particular environment and extensions - this is not something we can do for you as part of this support forum. I encourage you to read the rokbooster documentation to learn how to add exclusions and change the many other settings in rokbooster. Once tuned rokbooster will speed up your site so it's worth the effort.
3. you could try turning rokbooster back on and then refreshing frontend page TWICE (once to build cache, second time uses it) - if it fails again then we need to know the error message from the apache error log.

About Joomla I'm using 3.6.4 and I cleared the cache
