    • Hi,

      Is it possible to change the stock contact form titles.

      I would like to change the name "Miscellaneous Information" to something else.

      You could change the field labels by creating overrides for the language constants in language manager But really the best things to do if you want to change fields is to get a replacement contact form from JED (there are many there) or write your own using something like RSForms or Chronoform.
