My website was hacked. Now what?

- Hello,
  
  My Joomla RocketTheme website was hacked. My hosting service contacted me stating they took out some of the maleware but not all. They gave me a list of the php files infected.
  
  Can anyone give me some guidance on how to fix this problem?
  
  Does this maleware cause any security issues on my computer?
  
  I will post the email in the secure section.

- Did you have any pirated extensions on your Joomla Install? What version of Joomla did you run, also how did they hack it?

  No pirated stuff. I do not know how they hacked it. I'll find out.

- At one point the whole site looked different.
  I'm just going to uninstall everything and start from scratch.

- Well open the site with FTP erase all of the files that are in the root of the site and delete the database and create a new one ... After that Download a fresh Joomla from Joomla.org and template form RocketTheme and install and that's it ...
