I am treading out of my league...so, I don't want to mislead you by going any further...but -
1. - did you search Joomla.org Forum?
2. - Do you have a back up prior to 12/21 that you can upload on a different section of your server to use to trouble shoot the current site?
3. - Do you have an alternate Admin Username you can try? (I always make a back up username...) - "You can learn a lot from a dummy. So, pay attention to yourself." Quote by me.

I need any lead right now, I am totally stucked.
1- I have done joomla.org, rocketthem and some turkish joomla forum search.
2- I didnt have a back up from 12/21 but I got the backups from last sunday.
3 -I dont have altarnative admin username I am quite new joomla, I didnt know I could/should create one.

LOL - it's okay - I have done more than my fair share of posting Blah, Blah, Blah...
k, well then - let's start dissecting your problem carefully and not make it any worse k...
1 - what components, mods, plugin etc... do you have?
2 - you had stated you are running 1.0.12? Then upgraded, then down graded? (Anyone reading - is that possible?? Duh - I know it is possible but is it good for the data base?)
3 - clear cache and try login in the admin again k...also --- big one...

1- Component and mods lists are attached.
I will sent mambots in min
2- I found a link to upgrade 13. I did. It did work. So I upload my old files again.
3- I clear the cookies and caches several times. But I just want to check if I am doing correctly.
Tools>Options>Delete cookies/caches ? Is there any other way of doing it?
As I didnt know where the problem starts from, not quite sure if 12 had any problem.
