Wrapper fix or Joomla

I have asked this question in several places, including Joomla.org, but I have yet to get a fix.
I need to use a wrapper to display a MLS search page inside my Joomla site. The page I would be wrapping has variable lengths. Sometimes it can be quite long. This creates a situation where there are two vertical scroll bars, which makes it very confusing to the user. So basically I an framing the entire mls search site on one page in my site, but the lengths of the page is what is causing the scroll bar issue. I hope this is clear.
I know that Joomla has a problem with its wrapper resizing on outside sites, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a work around.
