  in your opinion i used one of the plugin/components seo ex:RS SEO,SEF or ...
  and which one of the best?

- I use Joomla SEO and it works best for me but that's just my opinion ....

- each article has article id.
  remove this id or no?by removing this id ,dor seo of my site is good or no?
