Module positions not working

In my Gantry 5 Xeneta template I'm not able to get modules to display in their positions. It worked before, but now it doesn't.
I'm starting to wonder if Advanced Module Manager from Regular Labs could be the reason for this. When I installed it, I needed to reconfigure the positioning of many modules (but not all).
Does anyone else have issues with module positioning with Gantry 5 + Advanced Module Manager? - If you are answering a question from me, please bear in mind that my coding skills are VERY limited. Don't be fooled by my Developer subscription: I have that only for unrestricted template access (and better support).

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
What module ID ? what position? what menu item should it show?
