Must have missed installed something.. .check my dev site:

there is a video there.. "Video supported theme" and "build a unique cinematic experience"
does not look the same as image. .

Ok so you didn't start with the rocketlauncher but rather the "standalone" package. So the particle is directly on the layout of the "home - particles" outline (see screenshot).

That's a background to the section (not per slide). Base outline > styles > sections style > above styles > background image.
