Gantry 5: Header Section, expand to fill window real estate

Is there a way (plug-in or built in settings) to expand the Header section of Helium/Hydrogen to expand to fill the viewport on load.
I would like the opening graphic to fill the page (I will use css "cover") but I can't figure out an automatic way of adjusting the size accordingly...
I've searched for this, but perhape my crieria was flawed.

on the section settings (on the layout of your outline) change to "fullwidth (flushed content)".
