    Refund

Posted 8 years 1 week ago
    • I haven't downloaded a single template or used any of your services whatsoever since I signed up again in December; subsequently, you changed the release schedule and, quite frankly, I feel slighted. Truth be told, I have no interest in Grav, Gantry, MooTools, or anything RocketTheme releases.

I'll suck it up and let it serve as a lesson learned, but please consider refunding all of us who have neither downloaded any templates nor used any member-related services prior to the announement that you'll release templates whenever time permits.

Best of luck, Andy et al.

    • Yep, something is definitely different in RT-land lately. The focus on Grav, just doesn't make sense to me. There may be a grav specific forum that I can't see because of my joomla subscription, but by the forum numbers I CAN see, the entire grav section has 45 posts. The last joomla template section has 63. Last 2 joomla templates' sections = 180. If my subscription doesn't let me see a vibrant grav section, then I apologize.

Granted, the market share for joomla is on a downward trend, but the grav focus seems to odd in that I'd at least expect a stronger push toward WP since it's obviously got the majority of database CMS market share over joomla and will likely become the average users "go to" for simply site design if joomla continues to trend downward. Grav may be great, but I'm more than average in skills and frankly, it's a steep, steep curve. Can't really see the average user ever getting to grips with it. I may be wrong, and for RT's sake I hope I am. As I said at the beginning, something is up and it's confusing.

    • Hi, I will also try to ask for refund. I do not want Grav. I need Joomla template. If I knew RT release about 3 template during 6 months I would not renew subscription. I would have 2 Pagebuilders for that price with whom I do much more.

Ehd they lock 1 topic where people brought they did not like it... Whole RT is strange.

    • I mind more RT behaviour. They do nothing with Joomla template. They apologize it in the forum with Grav work (but I am not interested in it, I bought Joomla subscription). And lately they do not react at all and lock the topic where we speak about it. It is all strange lately.

    • Yes you are right.

They don“t have learned from the customers.

      Best Regards

    • Any request for a refund should be made via our contact email rather than in an open forum for privacy reasons alone.

We want to emphasize that porting year-old Joomla templates to Grav does not in any way delay the release of new Joomla templates. New templates are created on Joomla first, and we have dedicated team members working on nothing but the new Joomla template until it is released.

If your wish is to request a refund, the forum is not the place to do so. Please reach out via our contact form and we will respond as quickly as possible.
