Hello guys!
Long time ago that I have not visited your website as customer. I hope to renew a subscription with you in shortly.
Question: I'm from Brazil, and from the last couple times that I visited your site during the last year, I have experimented that navigation is absurdly slow and I have no time to wait the pages loading, so, I give up! Then, I remember again how your work is wonderful and go back again but the access continue slow, very slow, infinitelly slowly.
Somebody knwo why?
Of course, I have tested differente access from different locations using different OS and browsers.

As far as we are aware there is nothing wrong with the RT site - we have no other complaints from anyone else and I just checked the site myself and everything appears to be working normally.
