      There is no "mobile view" in Photon it's the same layout as in any other view - so you edit the "module positions" on the layout of the outline that you are using - but it's not the positons that need altering...

      Use this code...
      .g-gridstatistic .g-gridstatistic-wrapper {
  margin-top: 4rem;
}
      To create a custom CSS compatible with Gantry 5 please read this http://docs.gantry.org/gantry5/tutorials/adding-a-custom-style-sheet .

      Remember to recompile CSS from base outline too.
