    • Hello RT Accounting,

      I tried sending this via the "Contact Form" with the tic tack toe verification... I is NOT working. It will not accept my correct tic tack toe verifaction, or it returns a ERROR page text.

      Here's my inquiry:

      Hello RT,

      I was hoping I could find some way to discount my yearly developers subscription, as I've been able to do with recent renewals. Are there any more discounts available for me as a long time subscriber? My account is up for renewal on July 11th and I would like to continue working with your great service.

    • The issue here is putting <Name -SPACE- @ -SPACE- Name> in the name field returns error: “local address contains control or whitespace”.

      So if you put Reggie @ Simmons, Reggie@ Simmons, Reggie @Simmons, it will error out because of the whitespace. Reggie@Simmons works fine though. Sorry for the confusion and any frustration that was caused. I have responded to your inquiry.
