Hi,
after loggin in here I get the message:
"Your subscription to this club is active and will expire on 8 Sep 2017 "
So what would happen if I made my renewal today for $51?
Will the membership extended until 8 Sep 2018 ?

Yes, that is correct the subscription term you purchase is added to the existing expiration date.
