404 Component not found when editing template s

Hi,
I am receiving the following error when I try and edit my template:
"An error has occurred.
404 Component not found"
Steps:
Extentions>Templates>Styles>Click on Template. The error apears.
Joomla! 3.8.7 Stable
Template is Fresco (latest)
Gantry 4.1.34
PHP 7.1.16
Apache/2.4.29
I have tried reinstalling Fresco, reinstalling Gantry and again re-installing Fresco (in that order). Each step I still get that error.
May or may not be related but I still have the old Modulus template installed frim before upgrading from Joomla 3.1 to 3.8. Tried uninstalling Modulus but I receive the same error as above.
Any ideas anyone?

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
FTP info with Username and password is also necessary ...

- Do you maybe have a backup of the Joomla version 3.1 when you made an upgrade?

- Put the backup somewhere online and i will download it and test it on my localhost and see what is braking!
