    Teaching / Instruction

Posted 5 years 1 month ago
    • I'm frustrated with a client who has decided her budget has dried up. Therefore, she's asked me to teach her all of her website. In the initial start-up she only wanted instruction and to be able to manage to upload/change her own products (small ecommerce site).

Now - however, I'm frustrated with her wanting instruction & tutorials on every aspect of the site.

What do you charge for this type of thing?

And is there ever a good time to just fire a client?

    • We don’t offer that service. I’d just point your client to the gantry 5 docs site and the template docs and joomla’s docs. Then you could point them to a css and html learning site too. Maybe then they might rethink their decision.

Good luck.... we’ve all been there :)

      Regards, Mark.
