    • Hi,

I have installed Ambrosia template. I created a module and then add "all videos share gallery" to it in the admin page. Then i have selected the home page menu so that the video gallery appears on the home page, and it works. But when i clicked on the video, it redirects me to the home page. I need your assistance.

      The website is www.rhemaweb.com
      Thank you in advance!

It's not redirecting. The likns you are clicking on are "orphaned" or "menuless" therefore joomla opens the link in the default menu item (usually "home"). To prevent this use the hidden menu technique. This is the solution for "article" but it's the same principle for any component output:

Create a MENU called "hidden" (no need to create a module to place it anywhere). In the hidden menu, create a MENU ITEM for each of the orphaned articles (single article type) and make sure these menu items are published. Now the hidden menu won't appear on any of your pages, but, the articles will now open in their own page. You can also use the same technique and create a hidden category blog menu item to pick up multiple articles too, thus saving having to create a hidden menu item for every article.

You can also add a "page content" particle on the layout of your home outline.

      Regards, Mark.
