- I want to renew the website www.oud-heusden.be with a template from rocketheme. I am familiar with joomla. but look for a theme such as www.templatemonster.com/demo/63853.html . Which theme of rocket theme is suitable for this? I mainly want events, latest news, list of results, news, ...

Do you want to use Gantry 4 or Gantry 5? Any of our templates could do that. Have a look through the demos

Yes (it depends on the template but, yes). The only trickier bit is the events... but you could carry on using whatever third-party that module is. I'd recommend that you use a Gantry 5 template, but if it's your first time with Gantry 5 bear in mind that there is a learning curve to go through.
