Ok, you have not said what version of Voxel theme you are using and you haven't provided login details either. Also, you do not have an active subscription either (which is required to receive support). Your subscription actually expired in 2013 so I very much doubt that you have the latest version of Voxel for Wordpress installed (which is v1.3).
