    Need help on chosing a Joomla gallery

    • I've tryed all listed on Joomla Extension site.

      They eather don't work or they are bloated!

      im so frusterated. ???

      I did trye some Lightbox integration, but i could not get it to work. :'(

      Any ideas?

    • Slideshow pro :p

      To be honest with the new admin tool it's one of the most easy galleries to update, and it integrates well (unlike most non flash galleries)

    • Could you tell me more about it? So i did some diggin... do you wrap Slideshow Pro with the Wrapper, and then handle the image upload etc via This admin interface your talking about? btw is this admin panel frome within Joomla or External?

    • No need for a wrapper...

      The gallery is a standard swf file that you embed where you want it to be, for instance you just make a piece of static content with the gallery in it, and a menu button pointing to that static content.

      The admin area is run from an external place and has nothing to do with Joomla. Btw the admin interface is the best looking online interface I have ever seen :) And yes this is where you upload and manage all images and section - really easy.

      In order to change the look of the gallery I belive Flash is required, but with all former Macromedia projects a fully 30day version can be downloaded:
