    SOLVED Wordpress websites have crashed when upgrading to latest WP version

    • Hi
      I have had a problem with one of my websites crashing when upgrading to Wordpress 5
      The sites is using Wordpress 6.3
      Every page is coming up with The Gantry 5 custom error page
      I have tried updating all the plugins but to no avail
      Am using Clarity Theme

      Anyone else experienced this? And any suggestions how to fix?

    • The Gantry Whoops Error handler runs regardless of what triggered the error, including core WordPress errors and plugin errors. The first line of the stack trace generally show what caused the error. Please post a screen shot of the full error handler page
    • SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT :woohoo:

      Thanks for the reply
      Actually I realised that its not the Wordpress version!
      The site is dual language and the error is with the Polylang plugin
      I tested upgrading on a couple of other sites we look after and nor problems
