SOLVED Admin Session Expired

When trying to log into the site's administrator, I cannot login. Instead I am receiving the "Admin Session Expired". Does anyone know what is causing this?
Other joomla sites on the same server are not having this problem.

- What version of Joomla are you running?
- Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

I've got it fixed now. The jos_session table had crashed. I repaired the table and we are good to go now. Thanks for the reply, GollumX. BTW, I was logging into the site to upgrade to the newest security release when this happened. :
