Seeking somone for Custom Work to Internet Gazette

I just put up a new site, and have the Internet Gazette Template on it. There are things I want to do with my site, but do not know how and am seeking someone that "would" know how to do the following:
- Add a forum like the one found here at RocketTheme.com
- Add extra login screens, so when people click on certain areas, it displays a nice message telling them they have to log in or register to get access to that area (and have an easy to follow link to the registration page)
- Add the feature like you see here on RocketTheme where when you log in, it puts your details and avatar up on the top right of the header
- Change the image header to be just a fading background like the one found here on RocketTheme, but in a dark blue to medium blue fade
- Polish up a few other areas / modules on my site to make navigation from page to page very user friendly
- Integrate a type of membership area that the user has to set up a subscription via: Paypal in order to gain access

Here's what I first noticed:
1. The name Google is a TradeMark. For that reason, you may be lible for TradeMark Enfringement - depending on what country your in.
2. The music on your site is copyrighted material and subjects you to pay royalty fees in order to use them on a public facing site - again, depending on what country your in.
Some countries have no regulation concerning copyrights and trade marks.
There are guys around that can help you with your site, but I'd be careful about the issues above.
I like the idea, though. Good luck!

I have study Java language in my engineering school.
And I've solid basis in css, php and javascript.

Check out: http://www.googleidol.com. It's using google's name, and has been around for quite some time with a PR6 rank. As for the music.... have you ever seen a teenagers myspace profile without music? hmmmm

In fact I have study Java and for my great surprise php is very similar.
Javascript is also a little bit similar but there are many pre-programmed functions to know ...
And for css I have made progress by myself, in studing in the net in excellent site like www.quirksmode.org/ , www.thenoodleincident.com , www.csszengarden.com and so on ... or in studing excellent Andy's work.
