Need advise about Dynamic Styles in Replicant

Hi i just wondering in I can use Dynamic Styles in Replicant ....
the idea is to make change background depends on time of the day in all sections except main page (main page is total different style)
I try to look around in the forum and I didnt find any answers .... may be some one can just point me to right directions...

Sure this is a fairly simple process... But first do you want the time of the day to be the Server time, or the user's computer time...
It will require some coding in the index.php file but shouldn't be too diffacult - Jessica Kennedy
