Help me find a Hosting Company that is Idiot Proof

I really need a hosting company that knows how to take care of noob web site managers -thats me.
I need someone to use the Rocket Launch feature (i assume that it is done server side) to get my site up and ready for me so that i only need to do minor (minor!) adjustments. Does any such hosting company exist? thanks.

- I am not sure the hosting company you are describing exists, but I recommend trying a good cpanel host. The Rocket Launcher doesn't require anything special to install.

- are there instructions anywhere on how to implement the Rocket Launcher? i assume the server admin does it and its not part of the basic joomla admin menu (which would be too easy).

- Rocket Launcher is Joomla plus the template and content. It should be installed just like you install Joomla itself. Server admins won't install it. It is meant to be installed by the end user.

- yikes. i didnt install joomla. my admin did it..for a cost. can a noob who knows nothing about servers install it? i just have a click and hope for the best level of computer knowledge.
