Color problems in LOGO

Can someone please helps me on logo color
In Firefox is OK, but in Internet Explorer there is a difference between in Logo backgroung......
I am using Adobe Photoshop CS2
the background color of the web is OK, but the background color of the logo is bad, it has to be the same as web background
Any help please..........
