Single article link bad generated?

Hi everyone! please help me with this (maybe numby) issue!
everywhere in joomla when a link is related to a single article (I noticed first in mod_latestnews module) the outgoing link is something like /news-generica-1&catid=17:news-generiche&Itemid=37 but the server replies:
ERROR 404
The requested URL /news-generica-1&catid=17:news-generiche&Itemid=37 was not found on this server
It's something related to "friendly URL" setting? Was I wrong when I setup my joomla installation (I used a rocketlauncher .zip!).
Please please HELP ME!
