Problem finishing install of CB

I absolutely HATE the CB forum style and CB hasn't been helpful to all the others that asked about this problem, so I figure he won't be with me asking either. Thought I'd try here first.
I got most of the install stuff all done just fine. I've gotten as far as where I'm supposed to
"Add a new user menu item for the comprofiler component. For this go to menu, user menu, click New, select component, COmmunity Builder, give a name and save."
I even downloaded their pdf guide which gives slightly different directions. But I don't have the choices they are showing I should so i can't click on them. I don't have user menu. I have user management. I tried that. CLick New. I don't have the select component option.
I'm stuck!
Anyone know what to do????

Go to the ACP (Admin Control Panel).
Select Modules and you are looking for the user menu module. That needs to be activated first.
Then go back to your MENUS and select USER MENU. You can then add new menu items.
Add NEW MENU item, then select the appropraite CB option or whatever you wish to add.

Sam,
Thank you so much!!! But I went to Control Panel, Module Manager....but I couldn't find the User Menu Module to activiate it. Am I looking in the wrong place or is there some reason it's not there in the right place? I'm working with Media Mogul that was installed with Rocket Launcher if it helps to know that.

- Does anyone have any advice about my User Menu not being there? How to make another one? I can't move forward with my Community Builder install until I figure this out. Been stuck here for days. Anyone? Help? =)

Yes, he did. I think all is well with that part.
I finished the CM install, added Fireboard and am about to go for Groupjive.
At least I've made some progress today.
Oh, one new problem. I'm getting the blank screen when I click on Regsiter. When I go back and test it in the default template, it works. But something abou the Media Mogul template is hanging up. Waiting for a response on another thread for that. Always something, ain't it.
