I have 4 different categories i want to display the latest item from each category on the home page in positions 3 / 4 / 5 / 6. It looks like the newsflash is the module I should use and just publish 1 item from each category to the front page, but. . . .
The random function seems to chose between none or one item, so content appears only half the the time (randomly of course). I do not see another module that will do what I want to, is there a way to turn off the random function and have it publish all items I say to show on the home page?
