Is there a way to customize the contact us page on Joomla to include some additional text to the right of the form fields? Something like the attached PDF.

I've posted about this everywhere, but never got it done. It's almost as if we need a wrapper/module position created right next to the content area in the center of the templates.
Let me know if you ever figure it out...can't find my post just yet, but asked about the same thing using graphics next to content items like the contact us or sitemaps, etc...

My suggestions...
For 1.0, use one of the many form components available on the JED.
For 1.5, either use a form component, or copy the template override from the beez template into the template you are using and manually modify it.
I used the beez override on this simple page [edited out] (site is still half-baked). Your pdf example is slightly more complex, but just as simple to create. - Last Edit: 16 years 10 months ago by GollumX.

Good info, Gollum; thanks. I need to take the training wheels off and template overrides and page classes are next on my list of 'to learn' areas.
Here's my post asking about this some time ago...simple image next to the form. I fixed it using Fabrik, my favorite form engine, but was just wondering how to do it for other things, like XMap and other extensions that publish in the content area...
