The Hyperion player on other Templates

I've been trying to put the Hyperion Video player on another template, since I like the functionality but don't want to re-design my whole site.
I've transferred the swf and javascript files, but all I'm seeing is the code when I publish the module. (I've changed the path to the files in the code to reflect the different template) I'm guessing there's something in the header of hyperion that I'm missing, but I'm not sure what it is? Then again, maybe something else is causing it not to work.
Anyway, is there something besides the swf and js files that needs to be included for the player to work?

make sure you turn your WYSIWYG editor off under User Manager -> Your Username -> editor -> None

Hey,
Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I forgot to turn of my WYSIWYG editor.
However, I'm still having trouble getting the videos to show. All I see now is a button saying "get adobe flash player". I already have adobe flash player and can see the player on the Hyperion Demo site. Any thoughts?

try adding the full video url such as : "
www.yoursite.com/video/video.flv
"

Yeah I've been double and triple checking my coding to make sure it's directing to all the right files.
It's not that I just can't see the videos. The entire player is not showing up.

http://www.twolvesblog.com I've been using Joomla for about a year.
I'm messing around with the video player all the way at the bottom of the page.
It's the Sporticus Gator template that I'm using.
I've been trying a bunch of stuff with the script, so it might not look good at the moment if you view the source.

- My initial guess is going to be the sizing of the player. I think it needs to be the full size... lemme look around...

- I just moved it down to the footer where it has all the space in the world, and still no luck.
