    • Hi !

      Sorry to annoy, I'm brand new at using Joomla 1.5.

      I try to install the MediaMogul template, I try to upload the file "rt_mediamogul_j15.tgz"

      JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/var/www/presentation/tmp/rt_mediamogul_j15.tgz'

      What's the problem ? Server problem or files problem ?

    • Have you tried the manual approach? i.e...

      1. Unzip the file locally
      2. Upload the /rt_mediamogul_j15 folder to the /templates directory on your server?

    • Yes that's what happened.
      Finally I reinstall everything deleting the FTP and installing full pack Rockettheme. I founded it easier.
      What shoul I did anyway for future actions?

      RocketLauncher package is a good idea. At least, you have a full working site.
