We use
JoomSEF
which does a very nice job with our site. We're on page 1 of google for many terms such as 'joomla hosting' and 'cpanel reseller hosting'
If you're running Joomla 1.5.x get the paid version of JoomSEF. The free version had a link back to their site and I couldn't get it working properly. - Joomla Hosting | cPanel Reseller Hosting
