First off let me say posing on your forums was a LAST resort to this problem. We did not want to post here but we cannot seem to get any response from you.
We signed up to your affiliate program a while back and submitted a ticket but have yet to get a response.
We also sent in a email to your company directly using This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. but also never got a response.
We are trying to help you with signing people up through your affiliate program but are not getting any assistance from your staff.
We also tried to sign someone up but it ended up adding more time to our own account (which we did not want) and asked that this be looked into but again... no response.
If your all on vacation i understand, but if we cannot get any response we will have to pick another company to sign up our clients for them to get their templates.
We have potentially 100's of new subscriptions we can filter to your company, but with the lack of response we are getting we are seriously considering not even continuing our own account with you.
Please help and look into this for us.
We do love your templates but do not like being ignored.
As a business owner i can say ignoring our emails will cost you 1000's of dollars and earn your competition the same.
If there is a better Email Address to use please let me know and i will resend the email we have been trying to get to you.
