I installed the chromotorphe (however its spelled) and its not working right.

any ideas why its looking like that and how I can fix it?
2nd question. I can't seem to access the downloads. I recall at the bottom it would say "join now" and after I joined it changed to "download now" but now it says join now again. Even after I log in. Is there a link somebody can give me so that I can download the templates? When I click on the tab at the top of the page it only shows 29 of the template. I am wanting to redownload chromo just to get a fresh start... perhaps that could fix my problem. Thanks for any input!
