Joomla/RTTC running on Linux with Zeus

Hi everyone,
I just signed a web hosting deal after being told that PacNet could host Joomla sites, only to be told now that they have Linux servers running Zeus (not Apache). There seems to the workaround for SEO URL's but I was wondering if there was anything else I need to be aware of when installing and using the Chromatophore template?
If the issues are considerable I will need to talk my way out of the hosting contract.
