Cant download templates new account!!

- I have paid for one Year for Rocket Theme and paid already through 2CO. But i cant download templates, it works just the first time i login, now all i see are path, someone can help me please??? :-X

Obviously I don't know what your exact issue is, but I have always had a problem downloading from this and many other Joomla sites.
Each time I want to download a template or extension, my iGetter Download Manager won't start the download, ever !!!
So basically I need to put iGetter in the trash each time I want to download, and let the browser download manager do the job, then when the download is finished I put iGetter back in my Applications folder.
Weird I know.
Don't know if its a J1.0 issue or whatever else.

I also cannot download a templete and have renewed my subscription. Every time I try to download photon template, just before endind the download I get a fail message from the browser...
