    • I had FileZilla set up to transfer files in ASCII mode. I switched to auto, and trying it again. I'll keep the thread updated.

    • Yep, that's what happened. Stupid mistake.

      I uploaded everything in ASCII mode by mistake. Re-uploading in auto mode fixed everything.
