    Not enogh tested releases?

Posted 16 years 8 months ago
    • Hello!

Referring to the thread beneath I wonder:

What is I paying $250 for in the membership fee?

Why is not the templates properly tested before they is released??

Should not the fee guarantee that the templates are better then the free templates I can download elsewhere?
Should I really be forced to spend time on this forum to get the templates to work?

This the second time I have been forced to go go and spend irritating time on the forum to get code snippets for the template index file or the css files that I think should bee in the code from the beginning.

If several users get the same problem with a template, does not that means that the template is not properly tested?
Or, is this what I pay for, to bee a member of a test group for our templates.

Here is the thread which is the topical at the moment:

    • The issues being faced in that thread are a PITA for you and others, and for RT, because they have not yet been able to replicate the issue and therefore fix it.

I paid a few hundred dollars for my WinXP a few years ago, but the damned thing was shot through with holes.... i've had to download patches and updates since. Considering they put a few hundred million dollars into developing and testing WinXP ... you'd expect it to be flawless.

Luckily, there is a replicant 1 you can use until the bugs in version 2 are ironed out :)

And where can I find the Replicant version 1?
