You know how I know? I got the memo that this memo will be in circulation till sometime 2035 or 2038, but then I received a memo that said there might be an amendment memo on the memos date. I guess I'll just have to wait. :

I have to wonder that if you got the memo that this memo will be in circulation until sometime in 2035 or 2038, did you receive the memo that recended that memo and changed the date to an earlier memo date that has yet to be decided until the next memo meeting?
