Whatever the theme is we know it will work well across browsers, unlike some of the other clubs I have experienced.
The great thing about RT is that you get value for money and everybody is willing to help each other.
I just love this club

The community here is probably the best I've seen in a template club, as such we members sometimes get protective. Especially when repetitive posts like that every month are posted without any humor...

i wasn't really throwing it out there, i was just really asking.... and I don't take the time to read all posts, there are WAY TO MANY to read everyone, besides after about 5mins they all start running together and my eyes start to cross!
I love this club as well and the community support, but don't bash me a membership site i pay money for. I was simply asking a question, that did not require a smart remark, just my 2cents.

One thing I am disappointed with is the fact that I can get an instant reply here, but I have been waiting for over 2 weeks on replys on 2 of my questions.
One regarding the Reaction template and another regarding the quantive template.

Bruce this is a template club. Not your mother's dinner table. You came in and demanded something like you own the place...
My comment was not smart it was out of respect for this club and what they provide us. Feel free to go somewhere else if you feel like you are not getting your $60 worth. Last time I checked I quote my clients $2500 for the template alone for a custom template. RT does everything possible to stay at the top and continue to push the envelope. That is worth 50 times what you are paying.
About your support question... if I was Andy and heard you were complaining about the support here. I would gladly pay your membership fee and show you the door. That is the most ridiculous claim that you have been waiting two weeks and now need to cry about it. Again, this is a template club that you are subscribing to. Not your company, not your developers, not your place to demand anything.
Good luck with that support with your take take take mentality.

These light-hearted threads get a ton of responses. Jeremy's a sweetheart....probably the tone of his post didn't come out right via the internet. Most of the thread has a teasing, tongue-in-cheek tone to it, and he might have thought your post was in that same vein and so he might have thought he was just teasing you back.
Anyways....Rockettheme is great. I've noticed that sometimes a forum support request will slip through the cracks, but on the other hand I've gotten so much great help here - and not only for template related things -- so I am willing to be patient.
Also I recently learned there is an email address to which you can also make a support request. (Is that right or did I dream that?) - Kathy

- Most of the time they get released on the 1st at anytime. I remember one time it was 12pm PDT when a template was released, but sometimes 2 or 3 days after due to some major secret classified actions behind Rocket Theme. They just released a drupal theme club, so maybe it's taking them a while getting the little things organized for release.

btw Part 1: Bruce, I just looked at your Quantive-page.
Not sure why that does not work. Perhaps because of these two j-scripts: reflection.js and ajax.js?
Besides that I see unmatched (unclosed) elements (tho they should not cause this problem).
Are you sure you published the roknav-menu and not the normal one? Hmmm perhaps one of the mods can look at this again. The other thing. Reaction hacked (?) ... I saw Brian answered ...
