First of all i'm not upset lol, you guys are blowing my responses out of proportion. Henning, thank you for looking at my site, I know its not those modules, because those modules were just recently added and the problem persist before those. Its now working somewhat correctly, i will post my reply to that on my support thread.
And yes I recieved one response on my thread, and PM him the login details in which he was supposed to have a look for me, I have not recieved a reply since sending the PM details except for that he was able to login, its been about a week or so now.
I know support is great here, I appreciate anyone and everyone who helps me with my questions. I love rockettheme and support community thats why I have been a renewing member for the past 3yrs. Just recently started using the Forum.
i guess I felt like i was being attacked by his comment, thats why it kinda of upset me, and by the other member saying to lock the thread from newbies basically isn't right either. But you guys can move on with your thread now, at least we moved it closer to page 200 for jeremy to get his free membership!

I studied biology but insect reproduction organs is way out of my area. Just more intrigued now. That's what I get for asking for a clue.

Only for say that dont need to be aggressive, we only talk about how we feel sometimes, nobody said that all team do a bad job or dont do nothings.
I think opposite, that are the best joomla related team in internet, they make incredible design and work, I never see somethings beautifull and usefull like the joomla cms from RT.
Only, sometimes, many of us( you can read around the forum) fell like nobody care some of our problem.
Only that, and sorry, is not question of money, we pay what the RT ask, if someone resell the work of RT for 2500 dollar good for him, i dont sell nothings, i dont want nothings more.
Last things, one business can have issue or complain is part of the work, nobody is perfect in this world, but, i think, is not right push people complain for somethings out of the door in bad manner like someone write, that is rude manner not for businness.
