I'm still new here, but I've been on Joomla since 07 or 08. Before that I was using Wordpress and Drupal.
When I first came to Joomla I was learning my way around, so I started with free templates and found they were all very limited. I don't want to break any rules, so I will just say I joined two template developer services before RT. I liked and disliked them for various reasons which I will avoid going into. I will say this though, Anthony Olson is possibly Joomla's most brilliant designer, it's just unfortunate that my clients in Western Oklahoma had no interest in his style and approach.
And now I'm here. I kept coming across RT, and the designs kept getting better. Kirigami was the one that won me over. Since coming to RT my client satisfaction is way up, my turn around time (with one exception) is improving, and I am more personally satisfied with the end results. I have my complaints. And I wish my "Requests" received more feedback. But all things considered, I'm happier with RT than I would be with the alternatives. - Show Support for These Requests...

Yah we launched AfterBurner2 yesterday which is spiritual successor (with a modern take) on our original AfterBurner template we released in 2009. I will be writing up a blog post detailing some of the methodology, design descisions, and of course the results of our AfterBurner2 development, next week.

- I was just looking at Afterburner to use on a project a couple months ago and had me wondering if Afterburner2 was on the horizon, and then...boom! Just what the doctor ordered. A gem and free, to boot.
