      sorry, please not spectacular.
      nice, functional with no animated backgrounds, but an cool navigation with good performance speed of the system.

      :arrowu: +1

      Clean, crisp, classy, classic, and sometimes low key can always be a winner for many. :P
      With elegance and style in unexpected places, and in the smallest of places, in subtle ways.
      Been missing page borders more and more, or am I just falling behind trends, and need to get with the times?

      Still love all the work, seeing some very amazing stuff coming through... just sharing some thoughts 8)

      You guys have Afterburner2. Simple, clean, fast, no special features or animations.
      demo.rockettheme.com/joomla/afterburner2/

      Take 10 minutes to customize it, and it will fit with your request.

      Me? I want special.

    • yea people are moving away from chrome and I agree... it is nice in certain places i.e. the thoughts behind bootstrap but in reality it should be something more complex and feature rich than afterburner.

    • I have a question and this is something I noticed in general. The strips idea is awesome except for 1 fatal flaw... There is no way to make the whole object a link. That makes using this impossible. Think about if you are using an ipad or tablet the awkwardness of what this can do is or be used for is extremely limited. and the the readmore little icon that appears on hoverover is not going to cut it.

      Also, like lense filters in photoshop if I used this template I would remove every border radius I found.

      This is really just a layout issue, and on a tablet this would be useful. We'll look at this for future releases that would probably do something with the CSS so that in the tablet/mobile view, the entire block is hyperlinked rather than just the title/readmore as it is today.

    • you can always add some extra css like

      div.sprocket-strips-content .sprocket-strips-title a:after
      {content : ' '; display: block;position: absolute;
      top: -1000px; left: -1000px; right: -0px; bottom: -100px;z-index: 9999
      }

      div.sprocket-strips-item {
      overflow: hidden !important;
      }

      to make the entire area a link, remember its just a demo ...
      (probably stupid IE needs a transparent background in that pseudo element to make the link work)

      I use Metropolis but this is an extremely important feature if it can be done? I have many reasons to show pictures, in my case books and article photo's, that need to be links. Is this possible? I guess I should have asked before.
